Signals other than the scales, which can sometimes lead us astray!

I had a great one yesterday. Wearing my newly laundered jeans (so they should be tight). I had to keep hitching them up all day, as they are now too loose without a belt, what a feeling! Anyone else had any of those moments recently? Please share.
Paula:)

Haha yeah, one for me recently:
I went to the shops to buy some black jeans as I need a pair and when I tried on my usual side they were obviously too big!! The shop lady at the changing rooms had to find a smaller size for me! I was nervous the next size down would be far too small but nah they fit. Such a great feeling!!

Other ones are when you go for a run and you feel your muscles rejoicing at getting the exercise and you actually enjoy it compared to being exhausted and grumpy.

And when you're at a morning tea and you can eat just one biscuit or slice and then work it into your points for the rest of the way instead of falling completely off the wagon. It's great when you know you were able to still have what everyone else did AND lose weight.
