1 Wholemeal Bazaar Pita Bread 67g.
Tblsp Tomato Paste or Tom Pizza topping. Slices of fresh Tomatoes. 2 Shallots chopped. 1/2 green or red capsicum sliced. Few mushrooms sliced. Few slices of zucchini & eggplant sliced thinly. Sprinkle on some herbs oregano, basil etc.
Crumble some feta cheese (optional).
30g grated 25% less fat cheese.
1 slice of proscuitto 25g.
Spread Tomato Paste over Pita base. Spread around slices Tomato. Then chopped shallots, capsicum, zucchini, mushrooms etc. Add herbs. Cut fat off 1 slice of proscuitto. Cut in strips & twist pieces - place radiating out from centre of pizza. Sprinkle over grated cheese. Cook in preheated oven 200 deg. for 10-12 mins. Cut in 4 pieces - can eat the lot. Beautiful and healthy.Adjust to your liking.
Base and proscuitto goes nice & crispy. Can make 0 points salad to go with it.
