Ingredients

240 gms SR flour
90 gms margarine
240 gms dried fruit
1 cup skim milk
1/2 teas.each of mixed spice, nutmeg & cinnamon
3 T sugar



Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C. Sift together flour, spices & sugar. Rub in margarine. Add fruit and coat with flour mixture. Add milk & mix. Spoon into 12 muffin pans and cook approx 20 mins until brown.

Notes

Great for morning tea.
