ProPoints Plan gives you a
ProPoints budget. That includes your daily
ProPoints allowance
for eating and drinking, plus an extra weekly
ProPoints allowance
to spend how ever you chose. You can use a few
ProPoints values each day on any foods you like, or save them up for the weekend. It's up to you how you 'spend' your allowance. Put simply, if you stick to your
ProPoints budget ─ you'll lose up to 1 kg per week.
