Being human naturally means we aren't always perfect. Sometimes we trip, slip or fall right over. Our ProPoints Plan is forgiving and helps you find your feet again. Our flexible approach to weight loss means you can enjoy occasions when you eat more at a party, have an extra serve of pasta or enjoy wine time with friends. Life is for living!

 

What about me?

It doesn't matter if you're vego, gluten intolerant, breastfeeding or simply don't like broccoli! Our ProPoints Plan is suitable for all diet preferences and needs.
 

How can I have my cake and eat it, too?

The ProPoints Plan gives you a ProPoints budget. That includes your daily ProPoints allowance for eating and drinking, plus an extra weekly ProPoints allowance to spend how ever you chose. You can use a few ProPoints values each day on any foods you like, or save them up for the weekend. It's up to you how you 'spend' your allowance. Put simply, if you stick to your ProPoints budget ─ you'll lose up to 1 kg per week.
